SUMMARY PRESENTATION
GOOD MONEY
In December 2022, Good Money LLC acquired from Floyd Mayweather and his company Mayweather Promotions the worldwide rights to use the name of celebrity boxer Floyd Mayweather for two alcoholic products: a French Champagne and a whisky.
The brands “Bon Argent” and “Good Money” capitalize and remind users of the fame and reputation of love for money from Floyd Mayweather.
Taking the example of the success of O’Connor Mc Gregor, the MMA fighter with his whisky “Proper Twelve” and Jay Z with “Ace of Spade” Champagne, Good Money focused its strategy on selling a French Champagne, “Bon Argent” and a whisky “Good Money”.
Marketing of Bon Argent and Good Money will create unavoidable comparisons with the celebrity beverages and will take shares of the same market segment (Ace of Spade and Proper Twelve representing about $600 million in sales per year) while exposing the brand very rapidly to a worldwide audience.
From previous experience in alcoholic beverages, the founders, Renee and Patrick embarked on a very rapid development of the products including sourcing and production, and legal compliance for products in the US and France.
Following a video conference between Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits (SGWS) and Floyd Mayweather, the enthusiasm and dedication pledged by the Champion to the promotion and support of the products convinced SGWS to enter into an exclusive distribution agreement with Good Money for the US. Good Money has also received interest from the giant retailer Walmart.
Good Money is presently in negotiations for exclusive distribution of Bon Argent in Japan; the agreement should be finalized within 45 days to see Bon Argent distribution in the 4th largest champagne market. Good Money has also received interest from retailers in Spain, Macedonia, and Croatia a verbal interest for the brand for large retailer distribution.

USA:
In addition to the sales force of SGWS, to support and promote product sales, Good Money hired veteran expertise to seek retailers’ interest by having person-to-person contacts with restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores who will be directed to place orders with SGWS.
Good Money is finalizing a distribution agreement for online sales with Full Circle and Primo Liquor a well-established online retailer.
Promotion:
Floyd Mayweather is highly supportive of this venture and very enthusiastic about the economic prospects that can be achieved. Good Money has Floyd’s undevoted attention and commitment to the promotion of the products on a worldwide stage.
In addition to Floyd’s efforts, Floyd pledged to have all his celebrity friends post about the products to promote and support sales. Bon Argent and Good Money will be present in all scenes where Floyd appears, on his social media profile, Instagram, and Meta… altogether Good Money will have an audience of over 30 million followers through various influencers.
To further promote sales, Good Money will support SGWS’s sales effort by hiring other influencers. Good Money has allocated funding to hire Steve Aoki (famous DJ) to promote the products in his venues. Other celebrities’ influencers have expressed interest to further support the brand. Good Money intends to retain US Latino pop artists to tap into this large market segment for both products.
Good Money is also pursuing successfully the more traditional path of advertising with written reviews for the products such as in Wine Enthusiast’s recent article and for Floyd as a status person for Good Money with interview and press reviews.
International Sales
Good Money will follow the path opened in the US to duplicate the same success. Good Money intends to retain wholesalers in the UK, Japan, Australia, Spain, and South Africa and take market shares of Champagne and Whisky with the support and paid involvement of national influencers and promoters.
The first international distribution will be Japan and sales should begin in September 2023 for this large territory.
PRESENT STATUS
Good Money has established a very successful sales network and a promotion vehicle with lined-up influencers. Success is at the doorstep by hindered by the fact that Good Money cannot supply the open market with products and needs funding. A good problem to have but an obstacle nevertheless.
Production lead time for Champagne runs an average of 45 days for treated bottles; shipping takes another 21-30 days. Once purchase orders are received by Good Money, payments from SGWS are at 60 days. Therefore, Good Money requires a large inventory and cash flow to allow for sales and resupply without interruption.
On the whisky side, production lead time is about 45 days but payment from SGWS remains at 60 days.
International sales represent a much better scenario as all sales are pre-paid at ordering time generating immediate cash flow and profits.
In about half a year, Good Money has accomplished giant strides to secure production and acquire a relationship with the largest distribution company in the US but Good Money needs cash to grow and to structure itself to sustain the growth. DIRECTION AND VISION
Good Money has a clear objective: sales, self-sustenance, and profitability.
Within three years, Good Money should have sales revenue in excess of thirty million Dollars at which point Good Money will become a real market presence and a possible acquisition target.
If present market conditions persist in the alcoholic beverage industry, Good Money anticipates the sale of Good Money within 3-5 years at a multiple of sales revenue.
In the meantime, Good Money’s objective is to secure production and product pricing by acquiring a distributor–manufacturer license for Champagne in France; this objective should be realizable in the 4th quarter of 2023 or the 1st quarter of 2024.
To secure pricing and supply. Good Money envisions acquiring an ownership participation in a small existing Champagne grower production company.
Good Money envisions increasing profitability by lowering its cost of whisky and streamlining the manufacturing lead time by possibly bottling in Canada and/or by creating a venture with a Canadian distillery.
